DentalSupli accepts returns based on the following factors:

DentalSupli sent the incorrect product

In the event that DentalSupli sends an incorrect product, please email returns@dentalsupli.com. A credit, exchange or refund will be received. The shipping of this product will be paid by DentalSupli.

Customer purchased incorrect product

In the event that a customer purchased an incorrect product, please email returns@dentalsupli.com. A credit or exchange will be received. The shipping of this product will be paid by the customer.

Defective products

In the event that a customer received a defective part, please email returns@dentalsupli.com with a picture of both the product and the packaging. After review and if approved, credit, exchange or refund will be received. The shipping of this product will be paid by DentalSupli if it is to be shipped.

Return Requirements

Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Unless defective, products must be returned complete and unused.

Returns must be sent by traceable carrier.

All returns meeting the above requirements will be accepted.
